  • We aim to ensure that all orders placed by midnight on 11th June are set to be delivered before the commencement of the Eid holidays. However, we wish to inform you that due to the increased volume of orders typically experienced during the Eid season, there may be some delays in delivery by the carrier services, which are beyond our control. Please be advised that any orders placed after the 11th June are scheduled for delivery after the Eid holidays.

  • No, you don’t need to have a Lola Casademunt account for any purchase. However, having an account will serve you the following benefits:

    • Tracking of all your orders/payments details can be done solely and easily through your account.
    • You will be able to review your history of your purchases/payments/wish-list/in-cart items etc.
    • Receiving emails about our latest collection and updates for “New In” items/promotions/discounts etc.
    • Saving the shipping address and payments details in order for you to have a faster check out next time you shop with us.
  • Go to the top right of the screen and you will find a magnifying glass icon that says What are you looking for? You must enter the keywords for the item you want to find.

  • Once you have chosen the item, its colour (if applicable) and size, click on “Add to cart” to add the item to your order.

  • Of course. Go to your shopping basket and, on the top right hand side, you will see the option "remove this product from my basket".

  • It is very simple.

    1. Select a garment, color and size, and add the item to the basket.
    2. If you want to continue shopping for more items, repeat the process. Otherwise, go to the basket, click on “Checkout” and register or log in to your account.
    3. Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click "confirm".
    4. Choose the type of delivery, i.e. standard or express delivery, and make sure that the delivery address and contact telephone number are correct.
    5. Select a payment method: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Mada, Stc Pay, and Tabby.
    6. Confirm your order: you will then receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase(s).
  • Yes, but if there is any difference between the prices shown on the website and those marked on the garment labels, the correct price will always be the shop price.

  • The following payment methods are available: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Mada, STC Pay, and Tabby.

  • For standard deliveries, the delivery time is 3-4 Working Days in Saudi Arabia

    During sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be affected.

  • Once you complete your order, you will receive an email with all the information related to shipment against your order. Delivery for orders value above 500 SR are completely FREE, while for orders value below 500 SR are subject to a charge of 50 SR only. All delivery times are expressed in days / weekdays. Orders will be sent upon receipt of payment, provided that the payment is confirmed and that we have stock on hand. Stock problems could cause delays in delivery time and cancellations.

  • Once the order is placed and the payment is made, the system send the invoice automatically to the registered email.

  • You can send an email to the following address: customercare@lolacasademunt.sa requesting the cancellation of the order.

    You must indicate the order number and the name of the cardholder for the card with which you made the payment. We can cancel the order as long as the carrier has not collected it.

    If it has already left our warehouse, you will need to request a refund.

  • Yes, just enter your email address in the form at the bottom of the page and you will receive information about the latest news and promotions.

    If you find that the Cover is damaged before accepting the delivery, please refuse the delivery and immediately inform us. Once you have accepted the delivery, and thereafter realized that the cover is damaged, then please feel free to get in touch with us by sending email at customercare@lolacasademunt.sa within 2 days of receiving the merchandise.

  • Lolacasademunt.sa allows a 1 Business day Refund policy for items on original condition (unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging, branded boxes and dust bags, if placed inside a protective outer box for shipping), credit cards will be refund on their account, COD will be transferred to Your bank account, 50 SR will be deducted for return shipment charges, any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

    Items sold during seasonal offers or on discount can be exchanged or returned within 1 day of purchase. Jewelry, swimwear, scarves – cannot be exchanged or returned.

    You can contact customer support care at customercare@lolacasademunt.sa and request a return. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return / refund may not be possible.

  • At the moment, it is not possible to return the product to a shop.

    Yes you can always return to Lola Casademunt shop at free of cost.

  • Exchange can only be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.

    • Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
    • It should also be in the same brand box you received. As soon as you create a size change request, subject to availability, we would reserve the item you want for yourself.
    • Size change is subject to 50 SR plus shipping charges. If the price of the item you're exchanging has gone up, don't worry, you won't have to pay extra to receive it.
  • In case the purchase was done by a MADA, VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO or any other Debit or Credit Card, the Refunds will be made by transferring the return amount to the customer’s bank account within (15) days of receiving the return item by us, after deducting all the due amounts.

    However, for returns against COD (Cash on Delivery) you are required to provide us your bank account details at customercare@lolacasademunt.sa in order for us to refund you the money.

  • We are currently shipping to all cities of Saudi Arabia with 3-4 working days.
