You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 15 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
 Exchange and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases we will be happy to accept returns or exchange for merchandise purchased at Lolacasademunt.sa, provided returned merchandise are unused and are in perfect condition. The returned merchandise should include original packaging, all labels and tags and be in the same condition as received by the customer.
The company reserves the right not to accept a return, if it does not fulfil the aforementioned requirements.
The company won't accept undocumented returns. Please, print the return confirmation email or attach a copy of the delivery note. You can also create a document with the order number.
In case customer identify an item missing from his/her order, found damaged items and/or would like to return or exchange for any legit reasons, customer is required to notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of delivery receipt.

Any claims, changes or refunds related to the products purchased at Lolacasademunt´s chain stores or distributors of Lolacasademunt products, will not be responsibility of the online store and customer may contact and address such issues to those other stores in order to deal with their claims or questions related to such purchases.
Return Fees

 Lolacasademunt.sa offers a one (1) business day refund/return period from the date of delivery for items in original condition (unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging, branded boxes and dust bags, if placed inside a protective outer box for shipping). Credit cards will be refunded on customer's card account while COD will be transferred to customer's given bank account. Fifty (50) SR will be deducted against such returns. Any returns not meeting our policy will not be accepted.Â
